Delivery Methods & Charges டெலிவரி முறைகள் மற்றும் கட்டணங்கள்

Shipping policy: If order placed on courier method, courier charges applied on time rate. If transport option selected, on delivery you need to pay the transport charges.

Note: Within Tamil Nadu, shipping will be free when the total order weight is equal to or more than 1kg.

ஷிப்பிங் கொள்கை: உங்கள் ஆர்டரை கூரியர் முறை மூலம் கேட்டால், தற்போதைய விகிதத்தின்படி கூரியர் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும். டிரான்ஸ்போர்ட் (Transport) முறையைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தால், டெலிவரி செய்யும் போது நீங்கள் டிரான்ஸ்போர்ட் கட்டணத்தைச் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

குறிப்பு: தமிழ்நாட்டிற்குள், ஆர்டரின் மொத்த எடை 1 கிலோ அல்லது அதற்கு மேல் இருந்தால் டெலிவரி இலவசம்.

Courier Method

Perfect for home delivery. Charges are calculated based on current market rates at the time of booking.

வீட்டு டெலிவரிக்கு ஏற்றது. முன்பதிவு செய்யும் போது உள்ள சந்தை நிலவரப்படி கட்டணங்கள் கணக்கிடப்படும்.

Transport Method

Ideal for bulk orders. You only pay the transport charges directly to the operator upon receiving the goods.

மொத்த ஆர்டர்களுக்கு சிறந்தது. பொருட்களைப் பெறும்போது டிரான்ஸ்போர்ட் கட்டணத்தை நேரடியாகச் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

Processing Time தயாரிப்பு நேரம்

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Delivery time varies between 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.

ஆர்டர்கள் உறுதி செய்யப்பட்ட 24-48 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் செயல்படுத்தப்படும். உங்கள் இருப்பிடத்தைப் பொறுத்து 3 முதல் 7 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் டெலிவரி செய்யப்படும்.

Tracking தடம் அறிதல்

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment status on the respective courier's website.

பொருட்கள் அனுப்பப்பட்டதும், மின்னஞ்சல் அல்லது வாட்ஸ்அப் மூலம் தகவல் அனுப்பப்படும். நீங்கள் அதைக் கண்காணித்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.
